(“AMINO9 Cyborg,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates the website located at amino9cyborg.com and related platforms, including the AMINO9 x Cyborg mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Your access to and use of the Platform, its content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Healthcare Information and HIPAA

AMINO9 Cyborg is not a healthcare provider. We are a technology company that facilitates access to health services. As such, AMINO9 Cyborg may not be required to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). However, we may provide you with access to clinical care, lab testing, and prescriptions through affiliated healthcare providers, laboratories, and pharmacies (collectively, “Affiliated Providers”), each of which may be subject to HIPAA.

If Affiliated Providers disclose your Healthcare Information to us in connection with delivering services to you, we will use and disclose such information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

We use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to power certain features of our Services, including:

•        Automated health analysis and biomarker interpretation

•        Personalized supplement and lifestyle recommendations

•        AI-powered chat support and health coaching

•        Predictive health modeling and biological age estimation

When you interact with these features, we may collect and process information you provide to generate relevant outputs. Your health data and messages processed by AI features are handled by contracted third-party data processors operating under data processing agreements, solely on our behalf.

We do not use AI systems to make clinical decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you without human review.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit access to certain features.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
